This page shows a graphical presentation of the UEFA team rankings since 1999 for 1-6 teams. Only teams that scored individual points in non-qualifying round matches in this period are listed. All information is from the database at this site. The rankings for future years are purely based on the results of matches that have already been played. It's not the best prediction at mid-season because some teams might already be out of competition, while others just started playing.
